As the only girl child in the family, I always watched my brothers fight over the joysticks as they played the video games. I wanted the joystick too but was never able to unless they were out of home for some rough and tumble with their friends.
Since childhood I was fond of the typewriter in my father's office. Whenever I was taken with him to his office, I ran to Mrs. Bina, the typist and start playing with the keys.
Afters years of playing with keyboards and video games, I now have gained basic computer skills by attending the workshop by Chigphen Rigphel. Now as I have chosen this module, I have learnt to use some of the google apps and I know I will learn more as I progress with my assignments and interaction with my friends.
Lastly I would like to sincerely thank our tutor Mr. Chenga Dorji for his guidance and support during the residential school and hope for the same here after.
Thank You

ReplyDeleteIts good that you got an opportunity to play with typewriters at the early age but you need to be careful with the key boards as those people having basic with the typewriters tend to press the keys hard.
Anyway hope you are doing good and hope you will share some tips on ICT through this blog which will help people like us who has lost the opportunity to attend ICT classes.

Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls, and looks like work. (Thomas Edison)

Dear Madam
ReplyDeleteSwedish says, " Shared joy is a double joy;shared sorrow is half a sorrow". It was good to know about your early life journey with your brothers. They might be compensating you double now and taking up every bit and pieces of your problems mosh. I too had similar experiences but then the situation was always on my side for i was the eldest. I was the BOSS. Anyways, he is the happiest, be he king or peasant, who finds peace in his home mena. Is this mind set with you and your brothers now? Yeah, great mosh.
Your option for ICT also gave us the opportunity to ride through this modern/digital world with you. Please take us too otherwise some of your friends may go off road and by the time you ICT officers notice they might not have left even their footprints. So thank you so much.
Madam each day if our lives we make deposits in the memory bank if our children. Use your skills and keep everlasting memories with your children.

Jesse Jackson says, "Your children need your presence more than your presents". In this connection i would like to request your good self to have your time scheduled while exploring and getting along with your ICT tools or otherwise you will not see the smiles and cheers that comes to your children's face. ICT may give sometimes but they are not as trues as you would see on the face of your children and on yours as well. Am i right madam?
ReplyDeleteOK madam, now help me with your IT knowledge on designing a flyer. Its an opportunity for you to really get deeper into this digital world. Also please drag us with you and rest of the ICT officers.
Your words made me think ...really think. Yes, it's really true that while we get to engrossed in the ICT world we may forget to see those little eyes and sweet smiles that kept us moving this far. I will remember to make my children in the class smile and I smile with them through out my journey to groom them.
DeleteI am learning a lot and will be happy to help you.
